This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Senior CrowdStrike Security Engineer based in India.
This is a senior cybersecurity role focused on strengthening endpoint protection and vulnerability management across a global enterprise environment. You will take ownership of CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR, ensuring solid coverage, agent health, remediation, and lifecycle management. The role combines hands-on security engineering with operational coordination across infrastructure, networking, IT operations, vendors, and international stakeholders. You will also contribute to patch and change management, AWS golden-image updates, certificate renewals, endpoint deployments, and incident documentation. Success requires strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple security activities independently. Japanese language capability is an advantage for collaboration with Japan-based teams, while business-level English is essential.

Accountabilities
Manage vulnerability-scanning registration and coverage across enterprise endpoints and servers, ensuring appropriate assets are protected and monitored.
Administer and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon, including Falcon Exposure Management/Spotlight and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR.
Coordinate CrowdStrike sensor and security-agent deployments, upgrades, onboarding, health checks, and lifecycle management across endpoints and servers.
Monitor EDR coverage and agent health, troubleshoot endpoint and server issues, and coordinate remediation with relevant technical teams.
Process and coordinate firewall blocking requests associated with identified threats and vulnerabilities in collaboration with network security teams.
Support ServiceNow-based patch management and change requests, including assessing and verifying their impact on vulnerability-management environments.
