Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom while ensuring adherence to established SOPs and operational standards.
- Maintain high visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
- Ensure smooth store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Sales & Business Performance:
- Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor key business metrics including conversion rates, customer retention, inventory turnover, and sales performance.




- Develop and implement local sales initiatives to maximize footfall and business growth.
- Execute promotional campaigns and support in-store marketing activities.

Financial Management:
- Own the showroom P&L; and ensure optimal utilization of operational budgets.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability while identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Inventory & Operations Control:
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention.
- Monitor inventory movement and optimize stock levels to improve inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams to maintain product availability.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring.
