1. BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & SOLUTION DELIVERY
Core Requirement:




Serve as a trusted business partner and lead stakeholders through the complete solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
Partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and operational teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of reporting, analytics, and Power Platform solutions from intake through deployment.
Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production implementation.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
