Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Craft compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with delivery capabilities
Requirements:
- 1 Year to 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms
- Solid understanding of Upwork and similar marketplaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse project requirements and submit winning proposals
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused approach
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
