Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with business objectives.
MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Variance Analysis: Analyze deviations between actuals and budgets, recommend corrective actions.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for savings across operations and procurement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
Stakeholder Support:
Provide financial insights to operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
Process Improvement: Recommend automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and analysis.
Team Mentoring: Guide junior analysts and ensure accuracy in financial data handling.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
