Operating across business, technology, data, and security domains, Enterprise Architecture provides strategic direction, governance,



and assurance to ensure change initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes while effectively managing risk.
The AI Architecture function is responsible for defining and governing Fidelity's enterprise AI architecture, establishing AI capabilities, reference architectures, standards, patterns, controls, and operating principles that enable the responsible adoption of AI at scale across the organisation.
About your role
As the Lead Enterprise AI Architect, you will be accountable for defining and governing Fidelity's enterprise AI architecture strategy and target state. You will establish the architectural foundations required to enable AI-enabled business transformation while ensuring solutions remain secure, compliant, explainable, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned to enterprise objectives.
