We are currently seeking a Application Management Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).Dynatrace L2 Support Engineer with 3+ Years experience
Responsibilities:
- Configure, set up, and troubleshoot the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent installations and alert profile configurations.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards for transaction tracing and system stability monitoring.
- Prepare detailed RCA reports for major incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Act as an escalation point for performance bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues to L3/development teams.
Key Skills Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS/Managed architecture.
- Familiarity with agile architectures (Java,.NET Core) and basic scripting (Python, Node.js, or Shell).
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication for managing stakeholder updates
