Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Scrum Master role located in Hyderabad. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, oversee sprint planning, coordinate team activities, and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals. Responsibilities include guiding teams in the creation and refinement of user stories, supporting developers in accomplishing their objectives, and fostering clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and addressing project blockers, monitoring progress, and ensuring continuous improvement in processes and deliverables.

- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and Agile methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve project challenges




- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of User Stories creation and management
- Basic understanding of Software Development processes and workflows
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to removing project impediments
- Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
