Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and specialists.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Build and oversee ethical off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Ensure SEO activities align with business goals and digital marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of hands-on SEO experience,



with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Robust understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience managing SEO teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:
- Technical SEO (site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
- On-page optimization
- Keyword research and content optimization
- Link-building strategy
- Local SEO and international SEO (preferred)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Similarweb
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise websites.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
- Certifications in Google
