Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders for ongoing projects and operational activities
-Manage and update operational data using Google Sheets and related tools
-Maintain records, schedules, and workflow systems through AppSheet
-Track tasks, updates, reports, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
-Support daily operational planning and communication across departments




-Assist in streamlining internal processes for better productivity and efficiency
-Ensure accurate documentation and organized data management
-Handle basic administrative and coordination responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and basic office tools
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up independently
Problem-solving mindset with proactive work approach
Basic understanding of workflow management systems is a plus.
