Job Title: VTL Machine Operator

Experience: 1+ Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Production / Metrology or related field

Location: Coimbatore (Malumichampatti)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate VTL machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
- Set up jobs as per drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Load and unload work pieces using appropriate lifting equipment.
- Set and adjust machine parameters, offsets, feeds, and speeds.
- Perform tool setting, tool changes, and insert replacements.
- Offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logs.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
