VP Talent Acquisition & HR Operations | 15–18 Years | Chennai

Hiring an experienced Vice President – Human Resource Management to lead the complete HR function for a large GCC environment. This is an excellent prospect for senior HR professionals with strong expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, and HR Transformation.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall HR strategy, workforce planning, and organization development aligned with business objectives.
2. Drive Talent Acquisition, leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
3. Oversee Compensation & Benefits, performance management, salary reviews, incentives, and rewards.
4. Lead HR transformation, culture-building, employee experience, and change management initiatives.
5. Ensure strong HR compliance, governance, policies, statutory requirements, and audit readiness.
6. Lead HR teams across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, C&B;, and Employee Relations, while partnering with senior leadership.

Requirements:

1. 15–18 years of progressive HR experience with strong senior HR leadership exposure.
2. Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
3.



Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, C&B;, HR Strategy, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
4. Experience managing large HR teams within a GCC, shared services, BFSI, technology, or multinational environment.
5. Strong experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, organizational development, and people governance.
6. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnering, and people leadership skills.
