This position is open in Delhi, Chennai & Kolkata

Key Responsibilities -

Establishing, qualifying, and enhancing prospective relationships through targeted campaigns, partner relationship building and lead generation.

- generating recent business revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
- Presenting the applicability of AUM Sampann software solutions to Family office clients located in India.
- Travel to and from prospective client sites and attending industry conferences.

Client Service

- Provide customer service and product knowledge to customers located in India (UHNI and HNI families).




- Lead and manage the client service team.
- Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
- Revenue Target
- Generate revenue by upselling entities and getting references from existing clients.
- Maintain ongoing relations with existing clients and make sure clients renew their subscription.
- Product Improvement
- On the feet problem identification & resolving w.r.t internal & external issues in the system.
- Learning & understanding investments management & accounting.
- Gather and Analyze software requirements from clients by Interacting with them.
- Take estimates and delivery dates from Development & QA team and communicate the same to all stake holders as required in the project.

To show the software demonstrations to prospect clients.
- Get the suggestions from existing clients and forward them to the higher authority. Testing the calculation and technical part in software.
- To give software training to financial planners and advisors.
- Helping them while making financial plans.
- To work on various models in financial planning software (such as review model, cash flow etc.)
