VoIP & Telephony Support Engineers | Noida, Uttar Pradesh

JRS Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced technical professionals with strong knowledge of Grandstream IP telephony and VoIP solutions.

Base Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Position: VoIP & Telephony Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure and troubleshoot Grandstream IP PBX and VoIP systems.

Configure IP phones, extensions, SIP accounts, IVR, ring groups and call queues.

Provide technical support to customers, system integrators and channel partners.

Troubleshoot SIP registration, call quality, connectivity and networking issues.

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions.

Design suitable VoIP and enterprise telephony solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, configurations and solution proposals.

Coordinate with sales,



logistics and support teams for project implementation.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in VoIP, IP telephony, networking or telecom support.

Hands-on experience with Grandstream IP PBX, IP phones and gateways.

Positive knowledge of SIP, RTP, NAT, VLAN, DHCP, DNS and basic networking.

Experience with LAN, WAN, routers, switches and Wi-Fi networks.

Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills.

Must be comfortable with customer visits when required.
