Help Build the Next Generation a Beautiful One
Project Prajna is building a first-of-its-kind online academy that teaches children and adolescents (ages 8–18) the skills that schools rarely teach.
Not more mathematics.
Not more science.
But how to think critically, manage emotions, solve conflicts, build confidence, understand the digital world, make wise decisions, communicate effectively, and become compassionate leaders.
We're looking for passionate volunteers who believe education should prepare children for life, not just exams.
We are innovative, and we have strict criteria for qualification. Ready for a challenge?
What You'll Do
- Mentor students in medium online cohorts.
- Facilitate discussions instead of giving lectures.
- Help children think, question, and discover answers.
- Create engaging activities, stories, and projects.
- Contribute to building a world-class Human Operating System curriculum.
- Inspire curiosity, resilience, empathy, and leadership.
Who Should Apply? We're looking for people who are:
- Curious lifelong learners.
- Patient and empathetic listeners.
- Passionate about education, psychology, philosophy, science, technology, or society.
- Comfortable facilitating conversations with children and teenagers.
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
No prior teaching experience is required. We value curiosity, empathy, integrity, and commitment more than credentials. Why Join?
This isn't just volunteering.
It's an prospect to help create a curriculum that could shape thousands of young minds for decades to come.
If you've ever wished someone had taught you how to think, how to handle failure, how to build resilience, or how to navigate life , this is your chance to ensure the next generation does.
Be part of building the future of human education.
