- Basic VMC Machine Knowledge – Understand VMC machine operation, machine components, and working principles.
- Drawing Reading – Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and symbols.
- Machine Setting – Basic knowledge of tool setting, work holding, fixture setting, and job alignment.
- Tool Knowledge – Identify cutting tools, inserts, drills, end mills, and understand basic tool offsets.
- CNC Program Knowledge – Basic understanding of G-codes, M-codes, coordinates, and program execution.
- Measuring Instruments – Use Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, and other inspection instruments.
- Quality Checking – Check dimensions as per drawing and identify rejection or dimensional variation.
- Tool Offset Correction – Make basic tool wear/offset corrections under authorized instructions.
- Production Knowledge – Follow production targets, cycle time, and process instructions.
- Safety Knowledge – Follow machine safety, PPE, emergency-stop procedures, and safe material handling.
- 5S & Housekeeping – Maintain machine, tools, workplace cleanliness, and proper storage.
- Basic Troubleshooting – Identify common machine alarms, tool breakage, abnormal noise, and other basic issues and report them to the Setter/Maintenance team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
