Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute visual merchandising displays as per brand guidelines.

Ensure attractive display of apparel, accessories, mannequins, and promotional materials.

Maintain proper product placement, colour coordination, and size-wise presentation.

Implement seasonal collections, new launches, and promotional campaigns in stores.

Regularly visit stores to ensure VM standards and brand guidelines are followed.

Coordinate with Store Managers and Sales Teams for effective merchandise presentation.

Identify slow-moving products and support the team in improving their visibility and sales.

Ensure mannequins, fixtures, signage, and display materials are maintained properly.

Share regular store visit reports and photographs with the concerned team.





Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and display maintenance.

Key Requirements

Experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in Fashion/Apparel Retail.

Positive understanding of fashion trends, colours, styling, and product presentation.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to travel and visit multiple retail stores, if required.

Knowledge of MS Office and retail operations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

25 years of relevant experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail.
