Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Telecaller role based in Gurugram.

The Visa

Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa inquiries, application status, and documentation requirements, providing clear and accurate information to customers. The role includes guiding applicants through visa procedures, collecting and verifying basic information, and updating records in internal systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone presence.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including data entry, use of CRM or call management tools, and email communication.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, call center operations, or customer support, preferably in visa, travel, or immigration services, is beneficial.
- Ability to learn visa processes and requirements quickly, with attention to detail and adherence to company guidelines and policies.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Gurugram, with a cooperative attitude and willingness to coordinate with different teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
