We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible Visa Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tourist visa filing for international destinations.
- Robust knowledge of Europe / Schengen visas is highly preferred.
- Experience with Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan & other countries will be an advantage.
- Check and verify client documents according to embassy/VFS requirements.
- Prepare and fill visa application forms accurately.
- Prepare cover letters, itineraries and supporting documents.
- Handle VFS/BLS appointments, biometrics and document submissions.
- Track applications and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding missing documents and requirements.
- Stay updated with latest visa rules, embassy guidelines and procedures.
- Handle multiple applications efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of all visa applications.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in Tourist Visa Filing, especially Europe/Schengen and Canada, will be given preference.
