We’re looking for a Videographer / Visual Content Creator who knows how to turn a beautiful place into a story people want to step into.

At Hushstays, we curate unique vacation homes across India — from Himalayan cottages and heritage homes to design-led villas and off-grid retreats.

We’re looking for someone who can capture more than just a property tour.

The light falling through a window.

The sound of rain on a tin roof.

A slow morning over the mountains.

A table being set for dinner.

If you naturally notice these details and know how to turn them into compelling visual stories, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot high-quality Reels, short-form videos, property films and social-first content for Hushstays.
- Travel to our homes across India for shoots.
- Capture architecture, interiors, landscapes, food, experiences, people and the overall feeling of a stay.
- Develop visual concepts and shot lists in collaboration with the social media and creative team.
- Create content specifically designed for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Understand how to shoot both planned content and spontaneous moments.
- Experiment with different visual styles, formats, camera movements and storytelling techniques.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to translate content ideas into strong visual executions.




- Organise and maintain footage, files and project assets efficiently.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–3+ years of experience in videography, content creation, filmmaking or a related field.
- Has a robust understanding of composition, lighting, framing, movement and visual storytelling.
- Can shoot and edit independently.
- Has experience creating Instagram Reels / short-form content.
- Is comfortable working with cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones and other filmmaking equipment.
- Has an eye for architecture, interiors, travel, food, people and lifestyle content.
- Can work independently on location and adapt quickly to different environments.
- Is willing to travel frequently for shoots.
- Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, not just pretty shots.

Bonus Points If You
- Have a Camera of your own
- Can shoot and operate a drone.
- Have experience shooting hospitality, travel, architecture, lifestyle or luxury brands.
- Know how to create content that feels organic rather than overly commercial.
- Can come up with a Reel concept from a location without being handed a detailed brief.
- Understand current social media formats, trends and audience behaviour.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
