Idea → Shoot → Edit → Final Output.

? What You’ll Be Doing? SHOOT
- Handle professional cameras confidently
- Owning a professional camera is mandatory
- Set up and operate gimbals, lights and basic production equipment
- Capture cinematic movements, pans, close-ups, product shots and creative frames
- Shoot reels, brand films, office content, interviews and short events
- Understand framing, lighting, composition and camera movement
- Switch comfortably between professional camera and mobile shooting
- Plan shots based on scripts, references and content requirements
- Coordinate with the social media and creative teams before shoots
- Take ownership of footage quality and shoot execution
✂️ EDIT
- Edit professionally using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create motion graphics and effects using Adobe After Effects
- Work on cuts, transitions, pacing, music, SFX and audio
- Handle basic colour correction and colour grading
- Turn raw footage into content that feels fast, fresh and social-first
- Understand Reel/Short-form editing styles
- Work with hooks, beat cuts, speed ramps and storytelling edits
- Export platform-ready content in the required formats
- Manage multiple edits and revisions while keeping timelines on track

- You have a strong eye for framing and visual storytelling
- You understand Instagram Reels, Shorts and current video trends
- You can take a video from shoot to final export independently
- You’re comfortable experimenting with new styles
- You’re proactive on shoots instead of waiting for instructions
- You know when to use a gimbal…and when handheld looks better
- You care about audio as much as visuals
- You can manage multiple shoots and edits
- Your camera gallery is 80% random B-roll ?
- You constantly save videos thinking, “We should try this.”
⚡ Bonus Points If
- You understand AI video tools
- You can storyboard / plan shots
- You have experience shooting brand or agency content
- You understand basic photography
- You can create clean motion graphics
- You know how to make even a boring office corner look cinematic ?

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Package: ₹3.5 – ₹4.0 LPA
