Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer & Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content for our showrooms, products, events, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and knowledge of current social media trends, particularly Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video and photo content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, showroom walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and event coverage.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of marbles, tiles, sanitaryware, showrooms, displays, and new products.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand promotional requirements and campaigns.
- Handle video shoots at different showrooms, project sites, customer locations, and events when required.
- Edit videos with appropriate transitions, music, captions, graphics, voiceovers, and branding.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand identity and maintains professional quality.
- Create content calendars and maintain a regular flow of social media content.
- Assist in developing concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for video production.
- Coordinate with team members, influencers, customers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders for content creation.




- Maintain and organize photo/video files and content archives.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest current creative content formats.
- Support the Marketing Team in promotional campaigns, showroom activities, celebrations, launches, and company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
- Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between company showrooms and project locations when required.
- A portfolio of previous work is highly preferred.
