Role Description The Video & Visual Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video and visual content that communicates Cocpit’s brand, product features, and user stories. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur, the individual will collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content for social media, campaigns, tutorials, and product launches. Day-to-day tasks include filming and editing videos, creating motion graphics and visual assets, optimizing content for digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials.





The role also involves staying up to date with visual trends, experimenting with new formats, and using analytics to refine content performance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including filming, lighting, and audio capture for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with visual design and motion graphics using software like After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Understanding of social media content formats, digital marketing basics, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio showcasing video and visual work.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in office in a fast-paced startup environment in Kolhapur.
- Relevant education in media, film, design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI, tech, or startup ecosystems is a plus, as well as interest in professional networking and career growth products.
