Role Description The Video Production Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the creation of video content for CosmoQuick’s marketing, product, and employer branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with production planning, organizing shoot schedules, and coordinating assets such as scripts, storyboards, and visual materials. The intern will help with basic video editing, file management, and quality checks to ensure consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities may also include collaborating with team members to refine video concepts, capturing or sourcing footage,



and preparing content for social media or website use. This internship provides hands-on experience in video production workflows within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support organizing shoots, timelines, and resources.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and product teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to review video assets for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, such as creating or assisting with video materials for internal learning or onboarding.
- Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are important.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Interest in recruitment, HR technology, or digital marketplaces is a plus.
