As part of our continued growth, MSA is building a dedicated in-house branding department to lead the creative direction and communication strategy of the brand across digital and offline platforms. While their primary focus will be on strengthening MSA’s brand presence, they will also extend creative expertise to our sister concerns, ensuring cohesive, high-quality visual storytelling across the entire brand ecosystem.

We are now looking for a Visual Production Executive who is skilled in videography and production support, while also handling key administrative coordination for our in-house branding and content team.

What You’ll Be Doing at MSA

As a Visual Production Executive in MSA’s in-house branding team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our visual content to life while ensuring smooth coordination of production activities.

Your responsibilities will include

Video Production & Videography

- Planning and capturing high-quality video footage for social media, brand campaigns, educational content, and corporate communications
- Shooting content such as social media reels, interviews, testimonials, product demos, and event coverage for MySmartAlign and its sister concerns
- Assisting in lighting setup, camera framing, and production preparation for studio and on-location shoots
- Traveling for outdoor shoots, corporate events, conferences, training programs, and partner clinic visits to capture brand content




- Collaborating with editors and designers to ensure the captured footage aligns with the creative vision and brand identity
- Maintaining video equipment, cameras, and production tools to ensure readiness for all shoots

Content & Production Support

- Assisting the branding team during video shoots, podcast recordings, and marketing campaigns
- Helping coordinate shoot schedules, talent availability, and production logistics
- Supporting the team with organizing raw footage, file transfers, and maintaining the video asset library

Administrative & Coordination Responsibilities

- Managing production calendars, shoot schedules, and internal coordination between marketing, design, and content teams
- Handling vendor coordination for shoots, equipment rentals, and production requirements
- Maintaining organized documentation of production plans, equipment inventory, and project timelines
- Assisting in event logistics, internal content planning, and overall branding team coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative side of video production and the organizational side of managing production workflows, ensuring every shoot and project runs smoothly from planning to execution.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is comfortable handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and basic audio recording equipment
- Understands framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling for digital platforms
- Has basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Is comfortable with outdoor shoots and traveling for events, conferences, and brand activities when required
- Possesses robust organizational and coordination skills for managing shoots and production schedules
- Can multitask between creative production work and administrative coordination
- Works well with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content teams
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
