Location: Remote, Mumbai

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Role Overview

We're looking for a full-time Video Editor who can take footage and turn it into something people actually finish watching. You'll own the edit end to end, pacing, sound, graphics, color, and the small details that separate decent from excellent.

If you think in cuts, care about retention, and have opinions about where the music should drop, we should talk.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, plus long-form YouTube and brand videos
- Own pacing, sound design, color correction, subtitles, and motion graphics
- Work with the content team from script to final export, and iterate quickly on feedback
- Maintain a clean, organized project and asset library
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form cuts




- Keep up with formats, trends, and editing styles that are working right now
- Comfortable using AI tools within the Adobe suite, along with hands-on experience generating AI video clips.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of skilled video editing experience
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut)
- A showreel or portfolio that shows range, we care far more about this than your CV
- Understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and retention patterns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding
