Role Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team in Faridabad. This is a full time hybrid role, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Video Editor will be responsible for the end-to-end editing of social media videos, including reels, promotional content, campaigns, and other short-form and long-form video content.

You will work closely with content creators and strategists to understand briefs, develop engaging visual narratives, and ensure every video matches the brand’s style and platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and long-form content.

Cut and arrange footage to create strong visual narratives.

Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and music.

Create and integrate basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

Perform basic color correction and color grading.

Handle basic audio cleanup and synchronization.





Export videos in appropriate formats and dimensions for different social media platforms.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all video content.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists.

Contribute creative ideas and stay updated with current social media video trends.

Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing.

12th Pass or equivalent qualification.

Robust knowledge of video editing and video production.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or similar.

Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is preferred.

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Good understanding of color grading, transitions, typography, sound, and visual storytelling.

Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into engaging videos.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

- Portfolio/showreel of previous video editing work is required.
