Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and digital inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Stay updated with ongoing projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the real estate industry or channel partner firms will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with property sales processes and lead management.
