MK Cleanroom Project Pvt. Ltd. (MKCRP) is looking for an exceptional Production Head to lead and scale our manufacturing operations.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 10+ Years (mandatory)
Industry Preference: Cleanroom, HVAC, Pharma Equipment, Precision Fabrication, Sheet Metal Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Expertise in CNC Programming & CNC Machine Operations
Hands-on experience with Laser Cutting, Bending, Welding & Fabrication Processes
Ability to optimize productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
Experience in managing large production teams and shop-floor operations
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Practices
Robust understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, and production costing
Experience in ERP-based production management
Ability to establish SOPs,
production KPIs, and quality standards
