Responsibilities:
Execute the complete installation of residential solar projects following the specifications outlined in the approved Detailed Project Report.
Manage logistics for material transportation and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for installation activities.
Assemble and install critical system components, including mounting structures, solar modules, grounding systems, cabling, and inverters.
Perform necessary civil engineering tasks, such as constructing foundations for structures and earthing pits.
Configure and activate the Remote Monitoring System (RMS) to ensure real-time system tracking.
Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for clients,



explaining system functionality and providing basic operational training.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation for both pre-installation and post-installation phases.

Requirements

•Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
•Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
•0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work
preferred
•Willingness to travel extensively
•Valuable oral and written communication skills ​
