Job Summary OF CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Customer Care Representative at GOAMILES, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our taxi services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with app-related queries. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers are informed and supported as these services are rolled out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution:Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback, working to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.
- App Assistance:Help customers with technical issues related to the GOAMILES app, including payment, booking rides, and troubleshooting.
- Information Sharing:Educate customers about new services, features, and updates within the GOAMILES app.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction:Ensure customers have a positive experience from start to finish, promoting a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the operations and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to management for improving services and the customer experience.
- Documentation:Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
