MOTION DESIGN SPECIALIST - WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CREATOR WHO CAN MAKE IDEAS MOVE

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who thinks in keyframes, breathes animation, and knows how to make visuals _feel_ something.

If you can bring designs to life with motion and stitch live footage so smoothly that nobody notices the seams, you’re exactly the type of creator we want.

Experience helps.

But if your work is mind-blowing, we don’t care if you’ve worked 1 year or 10.
- What You’ll Actually Do:
- Motion Design (the core of your job):
- Build high-quality motion graphics, animated explainers, UI animations, and visual metaphors
- Turn still designs into expressive motion pieces
- Design transitions, animation systems, and storytelling flows that elevate campaigns
- Explore styles-2D, semi-3D, Spline animations, AI-driven workflows
- Follow animation principles: timing, easing, anticipation, rhythm, hierarchy
- Video Editing (a robust supporting skill):
- Seamlessly stitch raw footage with pacing and emotion
- Integrate motion graphics into live-action edits without visual mismatch




- Fix continuity, build narrative flow, and add music, sound, effects with intention
- Deliver both rough and final edits that feel polished and cohesive
- Creative & Collaborative:
- Understand briefs and translate them into smart visual solutions
- Work with the Design Lead and marketing team to build impactful content
- Experiment with new tools, plugins, AI workflows, styles, and techniques
- Handle feedback maturely and improve fast
- Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong motion design skills—this is non-negotiable
- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator
- Familiar with AI tools and Spline (or quick to master them)
- Ability to merge animation + footage seamlessly
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and current visual trends
- Fast learner, organized, independent, and hungry to grow
- Experience of 1-3 years is preferred, but if your work is exceptional, we don’t care about
