Collection Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage fee collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure a smooth customer experience while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Robust communication.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Handle payment-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Customer-centric and empathetic approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business administration, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or tele-calling (preferably in EdTech, BFSI, or service industry).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,143.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
