IT/ MCA/ BCA/ Other- We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing business needs, designing CRM solutions, and driving successful implementations for our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions and workshops to define functional requirements and optimize business processes. Create user stories and BRF/FRD documents.
- Prepare and present functional demos, proof of concepts, and process walkthroughs that demonstrate the capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM to clients.
- Lead D365 CRM implementation projects including configuration, setup, integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements.
- Experience in D365 Sales, Service is mandatory. Experience in Customer Insights and Project Operations
