ROLES &KEY; RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Office Operations Management




- Oversee end-to-end office activities in outpatient (OP) and day care (DC) departments.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and discharge processes.
- Monitor front office workflows to minimize patient wait time and maximize efficiency.

- Lead, train, and mentor front office staff including receptionists, appointment coordinators, and billing personnel.
- Manage staff schedules and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
- Foster a customer services-oriented culture within the team.

- Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
