Position Title:Software Engineer I

- JOB PURPOSE:
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement current features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and optimization of machine learning models.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and solutions.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, protecting company data and systems from threats.
- KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools such as SQL.




- Understanding of network protocols and security measures.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning innovative technologies and methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
