Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding of ECN/ECO activities and the workflow involved in completion. Good
experience in Solidworks, AutoCAD, Solidworks PDM. Creation of BOM in




Dataworks/Oracle.
3D modeling/drafting of piping systems and welded & brazed assemblies. Familiar with
piping, pipe fittings, flanges, pipe schedules. Familiar with tube, tube fittings, & structural
materials
Part design knowledge – Casting, machined, plastic, gaskets. Knowledge of GD&T;
Work with big assembly models, product change management, VAVE.
Familiar with material types and characteristics – especially carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum

Finite Element analysis (FEA) basics.
ASME Standards. (Section VIII, B16, B31, Y14.5)
Knowledge about standard components L angle/ C bar / Flat bars/I sections for structural fabrication.

Must have skills:

3D modelling and drafting using Solidworks and product documentation in PLM/Vault
Knowledge of ESR/ECN/ECO activities, GD&T;
Exposure to manufacturing processes, preferably Welding, Brazing, Casting, Conventional Machining.
