To lead the creative function and develop impactful, cutting-edge, and brand-consistent communication across all marketing channels, with a strong focus on real estate projects, campaigns, ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground branding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative and design team, ensuring effective work allocation and timely delivery.
Develop the creative strategy, concepts, themes, and visual direction for real estate projects and corporate branding.
Handle creative requirements across digital, social media, ATL, BTL, OOH, print, hoardings, brochures, events, exhibitions, and site branding.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, ATL & BTL teams to understand campaign objectives and convert them into strong creative communication.
Develop creative concepts for project launches, offers, campaigns, festivals, activations, and promotional activities.
Review and approve all creative outputs before release to ensure quality, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Ensure all communication follows RERA guidelines, brand guidelines,



and applicable advertising regulations.
Coordinate with external creative agencies, production houses, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors.
Manage multiple projects and ensure creatives are delivered within agreed timelines.
Analyse competitor communication and market trends to identify new creative ideas and innovative marketing formats.
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity and creative standards across all projects.
Mentor the creative team and improve their creative quality, productivity, and execution capabilities.
Participate in campaign brainstorming, presentations, and marketing strategy discussions.
Take ownership of the complete creative process from brief → concept → design → approval → production → execution.
