Associate Director – Investments
Change Management – Investment Performance Reporting
An Associate Director leads complex change initiatives within the Investments Performance Reporting team, driving strategic process improvements and embedding a lean, agile culture. This role requires deep expertise in investment performance measurement, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
We will count on you to:
Lead end-to-end change management projects focused on optimizing investment performance reporting processes.
Apply advanced lean methodologies to redesign workflows, reduce waste, and enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align change strategies with business objectives.




Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in change management and investment reporting.
Monitor change impact metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate complex change and performance insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on investment performance methodologies, including TWRR, money-weighted returns (MWRR), attribution analysis, risk metrics, and private markets performance measures.
Manage and strengthen relationships with clients and onshore stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
Identify and pursue recent opportunities to expand Marsh’s scope of work with clients.
Lead onshore, joint onshore-offshore projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
