What this job involves:
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to take full ownership of the operational delivery at one of our client's flagship office locations. Reporting to the Account Director, you will lead and support the on-site team across all integrated technical and soft services, ensuring the highest standard of workplace experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — you'll be the go-to person for service delivery,
client escalations, financial management, and continuous improvement, all within a modern, high-spec working environment that thrives on community, enthusiasm, and engagement.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead, coach, and mentor the in office JLL team across all service lines, driving engagement, service excellence, and client-aligned delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for local teams and clients, ensuring all service requests are handled within agreed timelines, KPIs, and SLAs
Oversee IFM operations including H&S; compliance, engineering services, contractor management, PPM programs, and sustainability initiatives
Manage Building Management Systems, EHS and Quality compliance, supported by the JLL Account Leadership Team
Ensure consistent delivery standards across daily/periodic cleaning, event management, MAC processes, and mailroom operations
Develop and maintain strong relationshi
