About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager (ACSM) to join the Customer Success team in India. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customers,



helping them realize value from Quickbase through onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewals, and growth. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals, drive platform adoption, mitigate risks, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Adoption
Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
Guide customers through onboarding and adoption.
Conduct customer meetings, success reviews, and engagement calls.
Create and maintain Success Plans and customer goals.
Customer Engagement
Monitor customer health and identify adoption opportunities.
Proactively engage customers to improve product usage.
Coordinate with Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and internal teams.
Manage customer requests and Service Intakes where applicable.
Renewals & Growth
Support renewal planning and execution.
Identify opportunities for expansion and additional pr
