PX Operations Excellence Specialist
In this role, you will help improve PX Operations by supporting countries and regions in harmonizing processes, implementing recent systems and ways of working, and advancing continuous improvements that enhance the employee experience. You will play an important part in SKF’s PX transformation by translating global standards into practical,
scalable solutions that work across regions while supporting local business and compliance needs.
The PX Operations Excellence Specialist sits within the PX Operations Service Excellence team and works closely with global, regional, and country stakeholders to improve service quality, standardize ways of working, and enable effective adoption of PX processes and digital tools.
You will support transformation initiatives from design through implementation and post-launch support, ensuring that solutions are clear, user-friendly, measurable, and aligned with PX standards, employee experience principles, and operational excellence objectives.
Purpose of the Role
Support process harmonization, system adoption, and continuous improvement across PX Operations to create consistent, efficient, and experience-driven services for employees, managers, and PX teams across countries and regions.
