Roles and Responsibilities:
Besides a keen sense of detail and a tinge of OCD, we want you to
Collaborate with the design team post design sign-off to ensure a smooth transition.
Conduct a comprehensive review of the design documentation, including plans, specifications, and client preferences.
Organize a detailed meeting with the client to walk them through the execution process step by step.
Develop detailed project plans,
outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues that may arise during the project.
Create and manage budgets, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
Ensure that the in office works are in compliance with the design sign-off shared by the design team. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the project.
Address any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the project and find effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Monitor project timelines and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
Conduct a post-project evaluation to assess what worked well and areas for improvement. Use this feedback for continuous impro
