This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving enterprise Master Data Management capabilities across global business operations.
You’ll lead the strategy, governance, architecture, quality, and operational management of critical master data domains.
The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, SAP, data governance, and transformation initiatives.
You’ll play a central role in SAP S/4HANA programs, data migration, integrations, and the establishment of trusted enterprise data standards.
Success will depend on your ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution and complex problem solving.
You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, functional teams, technical specialists, data stewards, and implementation partners across a global workplace.

Accountabilities
Define and execute the enterprise Master Data Management strategy and roadmap across Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Material/Product, Finance, Business Partner, and other strategic data domains.
Establish master data standards, policies, ownership models, stewardship responsibilities, governance processes, naming conventions, validation rules, and exception management practices across SAP and non-SAP environments.
Lead functional data governance by partnering with business process owners and data owners to establish definitions, business rules, approval workflows, and stewardship models.
Lead governance forums and drive alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and other business functions.
Design and deliver MDM solutions using platforms such as Syniti, SAP MDG, or equivalent
