Key Responsibilities
Floor Operations: Supervise daily activities on the Ohana Floor, ensuring smooth functioning of services and guest engagement.
Inventory Control: Manage consumables, pantry stock, and soft services inventory with accurate documentation.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers for housekeeping, catering, and maintenance support.
Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of hospitality, addressing guest queries and feedback promptly.
Compliance & Safety: Monitor adherence to EHS guidelines, hygiene standards,



and audit requirements.
Reporting: Prepare MIS reports on inventory, vendor performance, and guest satisfaction.
Team Supervision: Guide support staff and ensure SOP adherence.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and execution of floor events, meetings, and special programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of facility operations and soft services management.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and inventory systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
Ability to manage vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
