About this Position
The role is responsible for providing timely customer support, managing customer queries and complaints, and coordinating with internal and regional teams to ensure effective resolution. It also involves supporting regulatory compliance activities, including REACH and TSCA, contributing to process and system improvements, and assisting with global Regulatory Affairs and PSRA projects while maintaining solid knowledge of products, chemistries, and processes.

What you´ll do
Provide timely customer support - internal and external.
Coordinate on tickets in Customer Query Tool.
Follow up on contributor input and open tickets.
Provide input on process improvements.
Provide input on systems improvements.
Record customer complaints regarding product health and exposure issues and work with Regional PSRA teams to take appropriate action.
Participate to the degree necessary in the preparation of customer specific forms and other customer support activities (e.g., support via customer portals), as required.
Maintain knowledge of products, chemistries and processes.




Assist and collaborate with other Regulatory Affairs Groups around the world. Confirm compliance with chemical control regulations (e.g., U.S. TSCA, REACH). Provide support for PSRA regional/global projects.
