As a Payroll & Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and employee-centric payroll services while supporting a complex and dynamic international environment.This role goes beyond transactional payroll processing. You will serve as a trusted payroll expert, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement across your designated markets. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Tax, external payroll providers, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll operations are executed to the highest standard.Given our current strategic priorities, we are particularly interested in professionals with solid Dutch payroll expertise, including experience navigating complex tax, social security, and equity-related payroll matters.Your responsibilities
