Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Transformation this position will play a key role in leading and delivering a portfolio of fire communications modernization projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders, community partners, and third-party vendors, this individual will apply project management, business analysis, and change management practices to implement current-standard fire communications technologies, including fire station alerting, Automatic vehicle location, EMS-TFF and the procurement and implementation of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) solutions. The role will also evolve to develop the framework technical components, and operating/governance model required to extend fire communications services to other fire departments, supporting scalable service delivery, continuous improvement,
