Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Integration Services.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and prioritize capabilities based on business value.
Establish and communicate product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Align roadmap priorities with organizational objectives and deployment plans.
Drive standardization and reuse of integration patterns across programs.
Product Ownership & Backlog Management




Own and maintain the integration services product backlog.
Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, deployment readiness, and operational impact.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Engineering & Delivery Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to guide solution delivery.
Ensure delivered solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
Support engineering teams with business clarification and decision-making.
Drive release readiness and deployment planning.
Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Dealer Deployment & Adoption
Collaborate with Deployment and Enablement teams to support
