This role is part of Alcon's Legal & Compliance function, a team that safeguards our company and our innovations to ensure our business is protected and our customers can access our eyecare innovations to see brilliantly.

The Sr. Associate II, Integrity & Compliance (Skilled Path), is primarily responsible for supporting the compliance team by conducting risk assessments and ensuring adherence to policies. You will act as a subject matter expert in regulatory areas, perform specialized tasks, and conduct independent research to optimize outcomes. Specifics include:

• Perform complex compliance inspections and assessments




• Research and interpret new laws and regulations
• Provide guidance to team members on compliance matters
• Assist in drafting and revising policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and maintain compliance records
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and monitoring of HR controls, including evidence collection, submission tracking, quality checks, and follow-up with control owners across HR CoEs
Review control evidence for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with documented control requirements; identify gaps, late submissions, missing evidence, or inconsistent documentation and escalate as appropriate.
Support internal and external audit readiness by coordinating audit requests, collecting documentation, maintaining audit trackers, preparing evidence packages, and supporting follow-up actions with stakeholders.
Maintain and update HR compliance trackers, including wage type tracking, control
